Sanctions against Russia have dominated the news since the start of the invasion of Ukraine, a year ago. Political debates about the benefits and harms of such sanctions have obscured the difficulties they pose for all parties involved in their practical implementation.
The conference will focus on these difficulties and attempt to provide an overview of them from the perspective of the various parties involved.
